A look inside our Jasmine Avenue new construction in Corona del Mar — how we designed for the California coast, built for indoor-outdoor living, and delivered craftsmanship in every detail.

Built for the Coast: Inside Our Jasmine Avenue Custom Home

There’s a certain kind of home that doesn’t just sit on its lot — it belongs to it. The kind of home where the line between inside and outside softens until it almost disappears, where the breeze off the Pacific finds its way through every room, and where living well feels less like an aspiration and more like the natural consequence of good design.

Jasmine Avenue is that kind of home.

A Setting That Asks Something of You

Corona del Mar has always been one of those rare places where the neighborhood itself sets the standard. Tucked into the hillsides above the Pacific, the Flower Streets carry a quiet prestige — a sense that if you’re going to build here, you’d better mean it. Every material choice, every setback decision, every roofline speaks to the street around it.

When we broke ground on Jasmine Avenue, we were deeply aware of that context. This wasn’t a home to be dropped into its surroundings — it was a home to be grown from them. From the first site visit through to the final walkthrough, every decision was made with one question in mind: does this belong here?

The answer, we believe, is yes.

Where Inside Meets Outside

The most important design move at Jasmine Avenue wasn’t a material or a finish — it was a decision about space. From the earliest planning stages, the home was oriented and opened to prioritize the relationship between the interior and the outdoors. Expansive glazing runs along the main living areas, flooding the home with Southern California light at every hour of the day and framing views of the sky and surrounding landscape like living artwork.

The outdoor terraces aren’t an afterthought. They’re a destination. Designed for the full spectrum of California living — from quiet morning coffee to long evenings with friends — the exterior spaces feel like natural extensions of the rooms they connect to, not separate zones you have to make an effort to reach. The transition from living room to terrace is as seamless as walking from one room to the next. That’s intentional. That’s the whole point.

Craftsmanship at Every Turn

Stone Creek built Jasmine Avenue the way we build every home: with the belief that quality isn’t something you add at the end — it’s something you build into every layer of the process. That means taking the time to select materials that will age well and look right, not just materials that look impressive on a spec sheet.

Custom millwork runs through the home with precision and warmth. Stone surfaces were hand-selected for their character. The lighting and hardware were chosen to complement the architecture rather than compete with it. The result is a home where every room has a point of view — where the details reward a closer look rather than losing their appeal at one.

None of this happens by accident. It happens because the people doing the work care, and because we hold the standard from day one through the final punch list.

What It Means to Build in Corona del Mar

We’ve built in Corona del Mar long enough to understand what makes this community special — and what it demands from the homes that become part of it. Jasmine Avenue was an opportunity to honor that standard at every level, from the relationship the home has with the street to the way it opens up to the sky above.

For us, a finished home is never just a building. It’s the result of hundreds of decisions made carefully, by people who understand that the families who will live in these spaces deserve nothing less. Jasmine Avenue is a home that will be lived in fully — morning light through the kitchen windows, afternoons on the terrace, evenings where the boundary between home and horizon barely exists.

That’s what we set out to build. That’s what we delivered.
